
蔣成,女,漢族,中共黨員,1992年2月出生,安徽碭山人,2022年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué),獲得微電子學(xué)與固體電子學(xué)博士學(xué)位,畢業(yè)后加入青島大學(xué)電子信息學(xué)院。
