
溫崢,教授,碩士/博士生導(dǎo)師。長期從事電介質(zhì)物理學(xué)、鐵電材料、微電子學(xué)的科研、教學(xué)工作,致力于新一代電子材料與信息存儲(chǔ)器件的設(shè)計(jì)、制備與集成研究。中國儀表功能材料學(xué)會(huì)電子元器件關(guān)鍵材料與技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)常務(wù)委員,Journal of Advanced Dielectrics期刊青年編委。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目四項(xiàng)(面上三項(xiàng)、青基一項(xiàng)),先后入選山東省泰山學(xué)者工程-青年專家、特聘專家計(jì)劃,獲山東省自然科學(xué)基金省優(yōu)青、省杰青等項(xiàng)目資助。以通訊/第一作者在Nature Materials(兩篇)、Nature Communications(兩篇)、Science Advances等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇,引用超過1500次。榮獲2024年度山東省自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)(第一完成人)。
1.實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡介:
本實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于探索薄膜異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)微結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與多種物性之間的作用關(guān)系,借助于脈沖激光沉積、掃描探針顯微鏡等先進(jìn)薄膜制備技術(shù),基于晶格自由度與電有序,磁有序的耦合,發(fā)展在信息存儲(chǔ),存算融合,電介質(zhì)儲(chǔ)能等領(lǐng)域具有應(yīng)用前景的新結(jié)構(gòu),新材料,以及基于此的原型器件。實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)有脈沖激光沉積系統(tǒng)2套(準(zhǔn)分子激光器,TSST腔體),原子力顯微鏡(牛津AR,含PFM,EFM,SKPM,MFM等模塊)1套,5K低溫探針臺(tái),Radient鐵電測(cè)試儀,4294A阻抗分析儀,各種數(shù)字源表、電學(xué)測(cè)試設(shè)備等。
